When changing the rear differential on a Freelander 2 or Range Rover Evoque you must service that haldex unit at the same time. If this isn't done it will not work correctly.
You need to wash out the haldex unit 3 or 4 times with brake cleaner ,change the filter inside the unit. Replace with haldex oil. Two tubes will do the job
Freelander 2 and Evoque models 2008 the kits change from gen 3 kits to gen 4 kits
If the Freelander 2 or Evoque is still dragging or making a noise going around corners etc , it will need replacing with a new haldex unit.
